Are the shoes available or will I have to wait for them?

We strive a lot to minimize the time of order execution. All products on sale are available from our warehouses.
In addition, with our Express Service, if you order by 16:00 (Monday to Friday), we will ship your order the same day at no additional cost. Get Them.


How long do my shoes come from?

The delivery is made with Express Courier throughout Europe in 24/48 hours. For more information, see Shipping and Express Service section.

ORDERS

How to make an order?

It really is very simple. Browse our products and after choosing what you like, click on "Add to Cart". Then you can choose whether to continue purchasing or click on "Go to Cashier". To finish your order, just enter the data, select the shopping preferences and click on "Confirm My Order".
Done. You will receive a confirmation and a summary of the products you purchased via email.

How can I pay my orders?

We have several types of payment available:

  • Bank transfer

All payments we use are extremely safe and you can trust them because they are handled by guaranteed third parties. In no case, Pindaco will know or store the information regarding your payment details.

Can I use the wire transfer?

Of course, just select the item "Pay with bank transfer" at the time of order. Place your order and send the receipt of payment by email to comm@pindaco.com
In case of failure to send the receipt of payment to comm@pindaco.com within 3 (three) working days, order will be canceled  The details of the transfer will be communicated via email.

How do you deliver the products?

All our products are shipped with Express Courier. Here's a summary of shipping times and their rates:

  • Italy- delivery in 24/48 hours - FREE
  • European Union, USA & Canada - delivery in 48/72 hours - € 9.00
  • Extra-EU Countries - delivery in 3/6 working days - from € 15.00

RETURN AND REFUND

How do I return a product?

The rendering on Pindaco is not for free.
To start a return process, go to your reserved area, select the items you want to return and follow the directions. Keep in mind that for each order you will always receive a pre-filled form for the return: just apply it to the parcel and contact our support service at help@pindaco.com
Our operators will provide you with all the details and instructions to make a return. In case of return only the cost of the return shipment will be charged on the amount of the refund.

How much time do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of shipment. Remember that returns will only be made on new products, in normal storage, in non-worn clothing and in their original box.

CHANGE

Can I change a product?

Sure. You have 30 days from the date of shipping the order to change a product that you do not like. Keep in mind, however, that in order to make a change, the articles you want to change are new, in a normal state of conservation and should never have been worn. It is reasonable to make the change / resale once for each order. Please return the products in their original box, contained in turn in a packing box that protects it during the trip.
The change can be made on the same type of product, changing size or color.
If you have purchased promotional products or have used a discount code, you will enjoy the same discount for your order.

How can I make a change?

Enter your reserved area and click on "Product Returns". Follow the wizard where you will receive all the instructions for the yield. In case of any difficulty, please contact our support at help@pindaco.com by indicating the order number.

GIFT BOX

How much does the gift box cost?

It's free. Just select the order option and the recipient will receive a gift box without any reference to cost and billing.

Can I give you a gift?

Of course, just follow the normal refund procedure to get a refund. In case of return, € 5.00 will be deducted as a gift box.
